Job Type: Description:- Operating Room nurses provide care to patients before, during and after surgical procedures. An Operating Room nurse is a member of a medical team of professionals working together to complete a successful surgical operation. The operating room nurse conducts a pre-surgery interview with the patient so they are made aware of any potential problems and to help construct a plan for surgery. These self-directed nurses ensure they follow doctor’s orders to start, monitor, and perform hemodialysis continuously. They vigilantly monitor the patient and equipment to ensure safe treatment. They have increased knowledge of kidney function and its effect on electrolytes working closely with the doctors and hemodialysis team.
