Evaluates, plans, implements, and documents nursing care for burn patients as needed. Administering pain meds and preforms sterile dressing changes. Must be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the burn unit. Requires great interpersonal skills, ability to work in faced paced environment and be critical thinker. BCLS and at least one year experience on a wound care required.
